Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our real estate marketing agency’s operations with a specific focus on photography and videography. The primary responsibilities of this role include quality control checks of edited images, uploading images to the photo gallery, delivering finalized media files along with floor plans and videos, and performing light editing tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, and social media platforms, along with strong email management skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control checks of edited images in the morning to ensure they meet our agency’s standards for visual quality and consistency.
Upload high-resolution images to the designated photo gallery, ensuring proper categorization and organization for easy access by team members.
Collaborate with the editing team to ensure timely delivery of finalized media files, including photos, floor plans, videos, and any other related assets.
Perform light editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of images when required.
Utilize Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to make basic edits and enhancements to images, as needed.
Assist in the creation and posting of social media content across various platforms, showcasing our agency’s portfolio and promoting our clients’ properties.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to real estate photography, videography, and social media marketing.
Manage and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with clients and team members.
Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed, keeping track of progress and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with real estate photography and videography techniques is a plus.
Proficient in reading and comprehending emails, ensuring thorough understanding of client requirements and instructions.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required.
Prior experience in real estate marketing or related field is preferred but not required.
