Real Estate Marketing Assistant – SMS Lead Generation (Launch Control)

Real estate investment firm specializing in land acquisition and development is seeking a motivated and experienced SMS Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities
– Execute targeted SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on real estate, specifically land investing.
– Conduct basic comping and due diligence activities to assess potential land deals.
– Engage in intuitive conversations with potential sellers via the SMS platform to uncover motivations and relevant details related to the land.
– Collaborate with the team to optimize SMS marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements:
– Prior experience in SMS marketing, specifically within the real estate industry; knowledge of land investing is a strong advantage.
– Proficient in handling basic comping and due diligence activities, will train with prior SMS marketing land experience
– Excellent communication skills to engage in intuitive conversations with potential sellers.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to recognize potential deals and market opportunities.
– Self-starter with a curious and proactive approach to work.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Curious and excited about contributing to the growth of a business.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience with Launch Control platforms is a plus.
– Previous real estate experience is required, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of land investing.
– Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
