Role Overview: As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing strategies across multiple companies. You’ll create engaging content, manage social media platforms, produce compelling videos, edit videos, and craft persuasive copy that showcases our unique services. Your real estate knowledge will be instrumental in understanding our target audience and tailoring marketing campaigns that resonate with them.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies for multiple real estate companies, including TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
Create engaging copy for various marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and more.
Plan and implement effective social media ad campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook.
Produce and edit visually appealing videos, including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and more.
Edit videos to create polished and professional marketing content.
Write and edit scripts for email campaigns, text drip campaigns, phone outreach, and other campaigns.
Manage CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient organization.
Craft informative and captivating blog articles and videos.
Utilize tools such as Airtable, Slack, Google Drive, Canva, and video editing software for streamlined workflows.
Qualifications:
Marketing knowledge and Real Estate knowledge.
Proven experience in real estate marketing, social media management, copywriting, social media ads (TikTok, Facebook), video creation, video editing, scriptwriting for campaigns, CRM management, and blog writing and editing.
Strong understanding of real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and audience preferences.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Airtable, Slack, Google Drive, Canva, and video editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
