We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Social Media and Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team by enhancing our online presence and brand visibility. This role will work closely with our Listing Manager, focusing primarily on marketing our listings, promoting our agents, and managing our corporate branding and messaging. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, making it ideal for a creative and disciplined professional ready to take on significant responsibilities in a virtual environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement marketing strategies for new listings, including creating engaging content for various social media platforms.
– Manage social media accounts to boost brand awareness and generate leads by showcasing our properties, agent achievements, and community involvement.
– Collaborate with the Listing Manager to ensure brand consistency and the effective promotion of listings.
– Design and distribute digital marketing materials such as newsletters, flyers, and email campaigns.
– Monitor analytics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as necessary.
– Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics to keep our marketing efforts innovative and effective.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and marketing tools.
– Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
– Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
