Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Message Handler to join our team. This position involves communicating with homeowners and potential clients via written messages and ensuring a positive and informative interaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to adapt to various communication styles.

Key Responsibilities:

Message Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to messages from homeowners and potential leads.

Qualifying Leads: Ask relevant questions to gather information about the property, its condition, asking price, and the homeowner’s motivation.

Communication Skills: Display exceptional written communication skills in English to engage and inform clients effectively.

Adaptability: Be flexible in your approach to make homeowners comfortable and answer their inquiries thoroughly.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor while assisting clients and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Previous experience in real estate messaging or a similar customer service role is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to adapt to different communication styles.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
Able to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment.
Availability to work during night shifts.
Able to start immediately.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, being 40 hrs per week.
Compensation: $100 per week USD ($2.50/hour) plus bonuses and incentives.
Work hours: Between 9:30 am – 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Proficiency with SmarterContact is preferred.
A wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 60mbps is required.
