Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant / MLS Specialists who can start ASAP to support our team of Texas-based Real Estate Transaction Coordinators and will be part of our growing Listings and Offers Department (LOD).

Core duties and responsibilities:
1. Input property listing information in MLS.
2. Enter transactions into OTC, agents back-office system, and MLS.
3. Upload property photos to MLS.
4. Upload documents to MLS and back-office system.
5. Update property info in MLS as needed.

Preferred but not required knowledge:
Texas Real Estate documents, TCWorkFlow, OpenToClose, BackAgent, Skyslope, KW Command, TransactionDesk, KV Core, Dotloop, DocuSign, MLS, Zipforms, Slack, Follow Up Boss, Trello, Canva.

> Amenable to working some weekends and holidays when needed.
> Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced business environment where priorities can change quickly.
> US real estate transaction coordination experience is required.
