Job Description

***Job will start in September 2023 – Interviewing Candidates Now***
Real estate investment company will be purchasing 300 houses in the Phoenix area in just 1 to 1.5 years, and you will be part of the office administration team! This work will be very intensive, require multi-tasking and a VERY intelligent person.
Our company will be working with other investors when we buy the houses.
We will be working with Title companies during the purchase process.
We will be setting up the legal entities (LLC’s) which will own the houses.
We will be working with high-net-worth capital partners who invest money with us as we purchase the houses.
We work with trades (General Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, etc) who renovate the houses.
We work with Property Management companies when the properties are turned into rentals
We work with bookkeepers to have all financial items tracked and expenses paid through company bank accounts
We work with Certified Public Accountants to prepare tax returns for all of the entities
YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH ALL OF THIS!!!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Communicate with everyone in the aforementioned list.
– Prepare documents as needed
– Go through check-lists for each property daily, to make sure that all of the responsible parties have “done what they are supposed to do” that day.
– Give the U.S. team their own “to-do list” to start on when they wake up.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
– MINIMUM 3 years of real estate experience
– GREAT communication skills (for writing emails to vendors, investors, trades and team members)
– EXCELLENT English (verbal and written)
– Photographic-like memory (able to recall small details from days ago, while working on 20 different things)
– Attention to Detail
– GREAT with numbers/math
Basically – SUPER SUPER SMART, high skills, and a great communicator who is good with people.
Will provide training videos (screen share and audio recordings) on everything needed.
Will have zoom calls (recorded) for training.
Haven’t thought through pay yet, but the right person will be well compensated.
Job will start in September, be part time and then ramp up to full time in October-ish/November-ish once we hit full stride of buying 20 houses a month.
