We are looking for a reliable and professional virtual assistant to help us with some specific office duties such as:
New Order Intake / Close Out File – You will be responsible for setting up the agents files into the brokers system. As well as everything that needs to happen to close out the files upon completion of the transaction process.
Compliance Forms – You will assist with compliance review, and flag any items missing or needed to be corrected, draft compliance forms only, send the forms out for client e-signatures, and file them once completed into the appropriate systems and files.
Email Management – You will also assist with downloading attachments in Gmail, split the documents as needed, rename them, and organize the documents into the appropriate systems files.
This position requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, solid computer & technical abilities. The ability to quickly navigate through websites and correctly input data into our back office system is critical. And I will teach you about everything you need to know to be successful in this position.
Starting pay is $4 per hour, and once you prove your value to us, there are opportunities to increase this. This is a part time long term position and is not temp. With the potential of going into a full time position and gain more responsibilities if that is what you want. You can work your own hours as long as you complete the order intake task by the required 24-48 hour deadline. More information on this to be provided during interview phase.
