Real Estate Operations Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be vital in coordinating and managing various aspects of our property acquisitions and dispositions. Your strong organizational skills and proactive approach will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations. In our real estate operations, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to support our acquisition and disposition processes. Your role will encompass efficient lead management, document handling, marketing coordination, and buyer outreach. Your ability to collaborate and execute tasks accurately will contribute to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:
Diligently oversee Private Property Leads (PPL) on a daily basis, promptly notifying the team lead when necessary, and pursuing refunds when appropriate.
Regularly process contracts, amendments, and associated documents using Docusign.
Craft compelling marketing content for Mailchimp and Simple Texting by leveraging information from county tax websites to gather property details.
Collaborate with the Disposition (DISPO) team to update them on pending and signed documents during morning calls.
Monitor and share new property deals from the Acquisitions (ACQ) team in the properties chat, adhering to established formatting.
Utilize Property Radar to pull cash buyer lists within a 0.5-mile radius, cross-reference with our existing list, and update databases.
Collaborate with the Dispo team to onboard new cash buyers into Podio, Mailchimp, and Simple Texting, ensuring seamless communications.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks within Podio, including creating cash buyer entries and sending texts to streamline operations.
Manage Dispo/TC documents in Docusign, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Maintain an organized file structure in Google Drive, editing Google Docs as directed and saving documents efficiently.
Attend to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned, as well as handle adhoc tasks as they arise.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Podio, Mailchimp, Simple Texting, Docusign, Property Radar, and Google Docs/Drive.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate within the team.
Proactive and self-motivated work approach, demonstrating the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
Willingness to adapt to evolving workflows and willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise.
