Atlas Self Storage is hiring a Operations Associate to help manage our storage facilities day-to-day tasks
As the Operations Associate you’ll help us ensure customers get quick responses, assist in administrative tasks, and help our facility turnover units swiftly.

We are a young real estate company with an exciting year ahead. In this position, you’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and be fully responsible for the company’s day-to-day recurring tasks to keep our facilities operating smoothly.

This is a full time, remote overseas position beginning ASAP.

Atlas Self Storage is a boutique real estate investment firm focused on acquiring value-add storage facilities in the sunbelt of the US, primarily in Texas.

We are a small team of entrepreneurs with backgrounds in both startups and real estate. Our founders have built and sold startups before, and are excited to grow Atlas Self Storage over the next decade into a high growth real estate investment firm. Job Overview:
Operating 5 facilities and over 600 doors means that there are a lot of moving parts in the storage business. As our operations associate, you will be directly responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations and interactions with customers are taken care of.

This includes but is not limited to, collections texts/calls, responding to customer inquiries, researching vendors, organizing weekly tasks for property managers, and helping customers sign their leases in a timely manner. As the operations associate, you will help ensure our facility is operating smoothly and customers are satisfied.

Who You Are:
You are organized. You have experience with Google Docs & Sheets to track projects, tasks and build systems. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Notion as well.
You are great at communicating. One of the primary responsibilities of this job is communicating between tenants, local property managers, and our call center. English proficiency is required. Over communication throughout the team is expected given the remote nature of the role
You have experience working in Real Estate operations. Understanding how the commercial real estate space works is important to help Atlas follow industry best practices. Having 1-3 years of experience working within another real estate organization is preferred.

Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all things day-to-day operations. If you made it this far you probably have an idea of what this means, but for us this includes:
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Assisting with auctions for late-paying tenants
• Managing tenant fees & first round of collections attempts
• Vendor Research
• Organizing on site managers weekly checklists
• Helping tenants get leases signed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in a real estate operations or administrative role
• Exceptional English Proficiency
• Must be available to work 9AM-5PM Central Time
