The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of processes for the continuous improvement of the client’s experience. Strategic planning and execution of all operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the following areas:
** Task Desk Management
** Listing marketing management
** Social media management
** Market Report Creation
** Creating and updating the company Standard Operating Procedures
** Training and Managing as the team expands
QUALIFICATIONS:
**Exceptional work ethic, high energy, demonstrates urgency and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
**Proven track record developing and managing operations in the Real Estate industry, and experience in managing virtual teams in different time zones.
**Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
**Exudes the ability to lead, inspire, motivate and influence others to achieve their highest potential.
**Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal)
**Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
REQUIREMENTS:
** College degree
**Minimum of 4 years operations experience required
**Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge of Zoho, Listings to Leads, , Mailchimp, CHATGPT (but not necessary)
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Good quality equipment – headset, computer, dual monitors
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Non-distracting home office environment
