Job Summary:
As the Real Estate Operations Manager Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Vice President of Operations and Growth. You’ll be responsible for implementing and managing various systems, maintaining financial records, overseeing contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for both personal and team growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support.
Maintain financial systems including bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Oversee all contracts from inception to closing.
Create and maintain an operations manual documenting all systems and standards.
Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of office equipment.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries or complaints via phone or email.
Keep the lead agent informed of any issues or problems.
Hire, train, consult, and hold accountable additional administrative team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

System development, implementation, and management.
Information management.
Oversight of contracts through closing.
Customer/vendor relations.
Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P).
Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Bookkeeping skills or willingness to learn.
Ability to focus and remain calm under pressure.
Service-based attitude with a desire to succeed.

1-3 years of service and management experience.
