Background:
We are looking to add part-time (with full-time potential in the future) internal systems manager to our team over at Prime Landvestments LLC. Our business sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate. We generate leads through direct mail offers and work directly with vacant landowners throughout the country.
Job Description:
Our marketing process entails pulling landowner records from our data platform, scrubbing this list data for the data we need, organizing data into spreadsheets, and preparing the lists for mailing – all of which are be a part of this role.
Other Responsibilities
– Organize leads that come in into our CRM (Pebble, this is a new CRM specifically for land investors, so training will be provided) and Excel sheets.
– Preparing list spreadsheets for mailing and sending to mail house
– Analyzing market data for assigned markets and “pricing” the market values and our offer price accordingly.
– Generate comparable sales data (“comps”) for properties of like-kind in the same geographical area (we will provide training on “comping” process)
– Run due diligence process on new leads coming in (step by step training will be provided)
– Other administrative duties, as assigned.

IMPORTANT: This position has the potential to grow into a full-time position and our dream candidate has interest in growing their role with the company to more than 15 hours per week. We’re looking for someone motivated and dedicated, someone who will eventually become a head of our company’s internal systems. This is our first hire for this position, so we’re starting you out as a part-time employee, but we’re looking for somebody who is ready to grow into a lifetime hire at our company. We want you to grow as our company grows, and we’re more than happy to offer pay raises and bonus structures as we grow together.
Technical Skills Needed:
1) Office 365 software expertise, especially Excel
2) CRM experience
3) Familiar with G Suite
4) Proficient with using County websites to source property information
5) Slack for team communication
6) Google earth for reviewing properties
7) Data Tree, Redfin, Zillow, and for comping properties
* Any additional real estate information/background is a bonus
* Experience in Land Investing is a HUGE bonus
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, average of 15-20 hours a week to start with room to grow up to 20-40 hours a week.
This is our first hire for this position, but we’re looking for somebody who is going to be a lifetime employee at our company.
Pay:
1) Base hourly pay starts at $5-6/hr (depending on experience), quarterly performance reviews with room for wage increase and bonus structure.
