We are a real estate investment firm based in Miami, FL which was started in 2016 and is continuing to grow and expand. We are currently hiring for key coordination roles who are responsible for ensuring smooth operations. These are FULL TIME LONG TERM positions. While it is sometimes hectic, we pride ourselves in thorough training and a supportive team that helps everyone who puts in the effort succeed and grow.
Starting pay will be $5.00 – $6.00/hr depending on experience, with regular increases based on performance. If you have over 2 years experience in real estate we will consider a higher rate of pay.
Only apply if you can work 8 hours between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm USA EST (Miami, FL) Monday – Friday.

Skill Requirements:
a) Advanced comprehension, written & verbal English,
b) Minimum 1 yrs experience in accounting, data entry and/or administrative support,
c) Must have strong skill level for Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft & G Suite applications,
d) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment, doing a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity day-to-day,
e) Detail oriented with exceptional problem solving abilities,
f) Positive attitude and professional demeanor
g) Strong organizational skills, as well as task & time management skills

Tech Requirements:
a) Fast, dependable, High speed internet with wireless Hotspot backup
b) Updated computer that can use a Hotspot backup even when power goes out

Preferred Experience:
a) Real Estate or Rental Property Management in the USA
b) Experience using Buildium software

Responsibilities Include:
a) Data Entry for income & expense tracking
b) Data Entry & Report Prep for KPIs
c) Electronic File Management & maintenance
d) Assist Executive Team with administrative support, research, scheduling
e) Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing
