My partner, Yazmin and I run a U.S. Real Estate Wholesaling company that we run locally. We are seeking 1 real estate outbound caller to help generate quality and engaged leads.

We will provide the dialer system, scripts, and sales trainings.

WORK OVERVIEW:

– 5-10 qualified leads on average per week
– Fluent in English with NO accent
– Be able to build rapport and communicate with American homeowners
– Must be knowledgeable in the real estate space
– Must be able to carry on a casual conversation – this is very important to our business, it is important to listen & connect with homeowners and still be able to go through the 4 Pillars
– Ability to gauge emotions through voices
– Proficient in handling objections
– Be okay with feedback, all calls will be recorded and reviewed to improve skill and generate better leads
– Have a positive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

– Real Estate cold calling experience 1.5 years required OR 10,000 conversations made with Americans
– Cold Calling Experience required
– Have Reliable Internet (hooked up to your modem – you cannot run on WiFi only), Computer & Noise Cancelling Headset
– Be willing to work nights, you will be calling 3pm – 7:45pm Central Time Zone in the States

COMPENSATION:

– Negotiable depending on experience & skill
– Probation period (3 weeks) you will be paid weekly then after the 3 weeks is over and if it is the right fit for both of us. After that, pay will be twice per month on the 11th & 26th
– Part-Time Hourly, 25-30 hours per week
– We will pay the 13th-month pay in December
– 1% BONUS incentive for deals closed ON TOP of base salary
– Off Days – Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving Day
