My partner, Yazmin and I run a U.S. Real Estate Wholesaling company that we run locally & virtually. We are seeking 1 real estate outbound caller to help generate quality and engaged leads.

We will provide the dialer system, scripts, and sales trainings.

WORK OVERVIEW:

– 2-3 qualified leads on average per day
– Fluent in English with very minimal accent
– Be able to build rapport and communicate with American homeowners
– Fairly knowledgeable in the real estate space but also trainable and willing & quick to learn as the business grows and pivots
– Must be able to carry on a casual conversation – this is very important to our business, it is important to listen & connect with homeowners and not sound too scripted
– Ability to gauge emotions through voices
– Proficient in handling objections
– Be okay with feedback, all calls will be recorded and reviewed to improve skill and generate better leads
– Have a positive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

– Real Estate cold calling experience 1-year+ required OR 10,000 conversations made with Americans
– Cold Calling Experience required
– Have Reliable Internet (hooked up to your modem – we cannot run on WiFi), Computer & Headset
– Be willing to work nights, you will be calling 12pm – 7:30pm Central Time Zone in the States

TIME REQUIREMENTS (Night Shift Philippines Time):

– Sunday – Thursday 2am – 9:30am (30 minute break for 7.5 hour shift)
– Friday 1am – 6am (no break as this is a 5-hour shift)
– Saturday – OFF

COMPENSATION:

– Php 44,716/mo full-time salary
– Probation period (3 weeks) you will be paid weekly then after the 3 weeks is over and if it is the right fit for both of us. After that, pay will be twice per month on the 11th & 26th
– Full-Time Hourly, 40 hours per week
– We will pay the 13th-month pay in December
– Bonus incentives for deals closed ON TOP of base salary
– Off Days – Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving Day
