We are looking for a motivated and efficient Outreach Associate to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with real estate wholesalers about deals posted in real estate Facebook groups, aiming to propose partnerships for current and future opportunities they are looking to disposition. Our team uses Trello as an online CRM to organize prospects and properties, so prior experience with this system is a plus. While real estate experience is preferred, it is not required as we provide on-the-job training. Excellent typing skills and strong communication abilities are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with real estate wholesalers about deals posted in real estate Facebook groups.
Propose partnerships for current and future opportunities wholesalers are looking to disposition.
Utilize Trello to organize and manage prospects and properties.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications and deals.
Provide regular updates to our KPI tracking reports
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience using Trello or other CRM systems.
Experience in the real estate industry or related fields.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.
Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
