Your primary role will involve leveraging social media, particularly Facebook, to identify potential property sellers and initiate contact. Responsibilities:

Social Media Engagement: Create and manage compelling posts on Facebook and other platforms to attract property owners looking to sell.

Lead Identification: Use social media, online listings, and other sources to identify potential property sellers.

Outreach: Initiate contact with property owners through messages, emails, or phone calls to gauge their interest in selling.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, providing information about our services and gauging their needs.

Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and potential leads for future follow-up.

Market Research: Stay informed about real estate trends and the local property market to better assist property owners.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation and outreach efforts to the management team.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms, especially Facebook, for lead generation and engagement.

Persistence: Ability to follow up and maintain communication with potential leads.

Empathy: An understanding and empathetic approach to property owners’ needs and concerns.

Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate concepts and market dynamics (preferred but not required).
