Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Land Specialist (Sales) to join our land investment
real estate team. The Land Specialist directly reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager. The
Land Specialist is responsible for informing land buyers about the available land parcels for sale
and educating them on the closing process. This includes communication with buyers, agents, and
various other parties involved in the transaction, managing customer relationships, following up, and ensuring a smooth and efficient close. This position is responsible for driving the revenue of
the company and demands a high level of accountability and commitment.
Objectives:
You will be handling customers’ inquiries for properties listed on the market
() over the phone and via chat on different social media platforms
including Facebook and Follow Up Boss (CRM). You will also be responsible for following up,
nurturing leads, negotiating and sending contracts to get buyers under contract, and getting the
earnest money deposited.

Education & Experience
? Language: English and preferably knows Spanish.
? 1+ years of experience working with buyers or sellers on real estate transactions
? 2+ years of experience in a sales position.
? Working knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and negotiations
? Working with CRM software & workflows. (we don’t use spreadsheets)
