Real Estate Photo Culler

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Real Estate Photo Culler to join our team. As a Real Estate Photo Culler, you will play a crucial role in selecting and organizing the best photographs of properties to be used in marketing materials such as listings, websites, and social media. You will work closely with photographers, editors, and the quality control team to ensure that our client’s visual content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities
– Review the multi-exposure raws sent to us by photographers, and select which photos can be sent to our editing teams as a single photo and which ones can be sent with multi-exposure
– Organize and categorize selected images
– Collaborate with editors to ensure that selected images meet quality and branding standards
– Keep track of how many single photos and multi-exposures were sent to editors
– Communicate effectively with photographers and editors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate photography and marketing

Requirements
– Previous experience in real estate photography or related field preferred
– Strong attention to details
– Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus
