Job Description:
Panhandle Productions, specializing in real estate photography, videography, and digital marketing, invites you to apply for the position of Real Estate Photo Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for detailed editing of real estate media and handling key administrative tasks to maintain our smooth and efficient operations.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in using Photoshop, particularly for editing real estate photographs. Your responsibility will include performing meticulous quality control checks on the edited images. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing and distributing these images to our clients on a daily basis through Aryeo.

Pay Rate and Hours Needed:

Full Time Position (Up to 40 Hours Per Week)
Monday – Saturday 4AM to 10AM CST GMT -05:00
$7.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Media Management:

• Ensure quality control by reviewing photos and videos.
• Perform edits using Photoshop/Lightroom and other software.
• Coordinate content delivery through various platforms.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist with administrative tasks and marketing.
• Implement and enhance existing systems and processes.
• Work independently to solve problems and bring forth innovative solutions.

Client and Team Communication:
——————-
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the team.
• Provide timely updates on project statuses and manage client feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project success.

Marketing Support:

• Create engaging thumbnails and manage YouTube content.
• Encourage and manage client reviews on various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience in photo editing and administrative roles.
• Familiarity with media platforms like Aryeo, Matterport, and Cubi Casa.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
