Key Responsibilities:
– HDR Photo Merging:
Merge multiple exposures of real estate photos to create visually appealing, balanced, and vibrant images that showcase properties in their best light.
– Twilight Conversions:
Transform daytime photos into captivating twilight shots, adding a touch of magic to our real estate listings.
– Quick Turnaround:
Demonstrate the ability to efficiently edit and process photos, ensuring a turnaround time of under 24 hours for each project.
– Quality Control:
Maintain a high standard of image quality and consistency, ensuring that all edited photos align with our company’s visual standards and client expectations.
– Communication:
Collaborate effectively with photographers and team members to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are understood. We use Google Drive as our transfer and photo storage software.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in real estate photo editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing HDR merging and twilight conversions.
– Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and color correction.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
– Self-motivated with a passion for photography and real estate.
