ABOUT US
Ginger Square Media provides services to estate agents, serviced accommodation hosts and construction companies. We provide them with photos, video, drone footage, 360 virtual tours, and floor plans for the properties they are marketing – basically we provide everything they need from a visual marketing perspective.
We are a small team based on the West Coast of Scotland, UK, consisting of :
Phil – Main photographer & owner
Kirsty – Admin & Quality Control
Colin – a second photographer
Nizel – VA Quality Control and Delivery

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be interacting on a daily basis directly with the owner, Phil and others when required.
Your main responsibilities as a Photo Editor / Virtual Assistant will include:
Editing photos – Hand blending exposure brackets in Photoshop, correcting verticals, colour correction, window pulls, sky replacements, object removal etc ** Experience necessary **
Editing and building 360 virtual tours
Putting together content for social media including photos, video, carousels for a variety of social platforms.
Other admin tasks as required including delivering content onto out delivery software platform.
You’ll be editing a lot of images so you’ll be familiar with ways to speed up repetitive tasks and able to quickly identify how to improve images to the required standards (we’ll train you on what we expect).

ABOUT YOU
The skills of the most suitable candidate:
Experience with Adobe Photoshop – specifically blending exposure brackets, colour correction, fixing colour cast, correcting verticals, window pulls, sky replacements and object removal.
Experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic
Excellent English communication skills
At least 1 year experience in real estate photo editing
Passion about photography
Brownie points for:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Salary: 600-700 USD monthly
Work Schedule & Holidays
This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays / Tuesday to Saturday.
Holiday : You’ll be entitled to 25 paid days leave after the 6 month probation period.
