**Position:** Real Estate Photography Editor/Asset Manager/ Quality Check
**Location:** Remote
**Type:** Part-time (25-30 hours/week)

We are a leading real estate photography company with two locations based out of Denver and Phoenix (Denver Lens & Desert Lens). We specialize in creating high-quality imagery, videos, virtual staging, floorplans, and much more for real estate listings. Our mission is to enhance property presentations through professional photography and editing, helping our clients attract more buyers and sell properties faster.
**The Role:**
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Real Estate Photography Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Photoshop, a good understanding of photography principles, and specific experience in editing real estate photos. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating closely with our photography team to ensure the final images meet our high standards. The job will also include readying/organizing the images prior to the delivering them. Our team provides a step-by-step guide for you follow, getting you started on the right track.
**Responsibilities:**
– Edit real estate photographs using Photoshop, ensuring all images are of high quality and meet the company’s standards.
– Quality Check images, videos, Matterports, floor plans, etc. in coordination to guide that is provided
– Organize and deliver assets in coordination to guide that is provided
– Remove unwanted objects with photoshop in coordination to guide that is provided
– Communicate effectively with the admin team
– Manage and prioritize editing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a portfolio demonstrating your editing skills.
– General understanding of photography principles, including lighting, composition, and color theory.
– Knowledge with using HD Photohub is a huge bonus
– Experience in editing real estate photography, with the ability to enhance property images realistically and attractively.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with Adobe Photoshop installed.
– Part-time availability of 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours based on project needs.
