We are a dynamic real estate photography business seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our mission is to deliver top-notch visual content to our clients, contributing to their success in the real estate market.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant specializing in real estate photography support. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of project management, customer service, photo quality control, and administrative tasks crucial to our operations.
Responsibilities:
-Download, review, and upload photos, ensuring quality standards are met.
-Utilize Photoshop to add property lines and enhance visual elements.
-Engage in social media activities to boost audience interaction and reach.
-Handle customer inquiries via email, text, and social media messages.
-Assist in sending contracts and managing invoice processes.
-Organize tasks and workflows using .
-Coordinate with and keep track of video editors’ progress.
-Monitor project management tools and ensure timely completion.
-Implement quality control checks for editors’ work.
-Upload content to Aryeo and manage listings.
-Engage and interact with new followers on various platforms.
-Utilize HubSpot CRM for client relationship management.
-Focus on ensuring client success and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
-Solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
-Internet speed of 20mbps or higher.
-Experience with Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing.
Shift:
Wednesday- Sunday : 4pm to 12am EST
