JOB DESCRIPTION:
Northwest Florida Real Estate Photography, LLC is seeking a professional and proactive Virtual Office Assistant to assist with administrative tasks and marketing. We are looking for a team player who is a self starter, a problem solver, and able to bring creative solutions and new ideas. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Organizational skills are key, as the Virtual Office Assistant will be expected to implement and improve our existing systems and processes to achieve maximum success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate quality control and delivery of photos, video, Matterport tours, floor plans, and any other media.
Quality check edited photos and perform adjustments to ensure they are ready to be delivered to clients.
Rename photos, upload to HDPhotoHub, and ensure timely delivery to clients by 11 AM central time the next day.
Utilize Instagram, Facebook, and other social media strategies to expand our client base and grow the business.
Manage website using WIX to upload new gallery photos, update text, and make other small adjustments when prices are changed or new services are added.
Manage email inbox and separate emails that need response and invoices that need paid from other more general items that do not require attention.
All other administrative or marketing tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with photo editing (Lightroom and Photoshop) and quality control. – REQUIRED
Fluent (written and spoken) English. – REQUIRED
Highly organized and detail-oriented. – REQUIRED
Able to work independently without supervision. – REQUIRED
Prompt and timely service including attending all meetings on time. – REQUIRED
Experience in social media management and marketing. – REQUIRED
Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps. – REQUIRED
Personal laptop or desktop computer compatible with Timeproof. – REQUIRED
Familiarity with HDPhotoHub. – PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED.
Previous experience working with a real estate photography or editing company. – PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED.
Potential for full time availability as the business grows and expands. – PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED.
WHAT DOES A DAY IN THIS JOB LOOK LIKE? WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME?
This is a PART TIME position, with working hours from 8 AM to 1 PM central time. The schedule typically is as follows:
8 AM to 9 AM: Quality check and deliver media to clients. If there are any issues that you cannot directly fix, communicate with editor and allow them time to fix. Send orders out to clients via HDPhotoHub.
9 AM to 10 AM: Organize email inbox, notify management of any emails that need attention, and perform any other administrative tasks needed as assigned.
10 AM to 1 PM: Check back with editors and QC any re-edits, then deliver to clients via HDPhotoHub. Implement social media marketing strategy on Instagram.
There is a weekly 1-on-1 meeting every Thursday at 8 AM via Zoom to discuss the previous week’s progress and any concerns/questions that may arise.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID, AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY BOSS?
Starting pay is $4 per hour, and training time is paid. After the initial training and adjustment period of 90 days, hourly pay will be increased to $4.50 per hour. Beyond that, we are quick to provide raises and incentives for a stellar employee who goes above and beyond and provides excellent service to help our business grow.
