Here’s where you’ll make a real difference:

Unearth Hidden Gems: You’ll revitalize our existing client list of sellers who previously sought above-asking-price, off-market sales. Re-engage them by crafting win-win seller financing structures.
Master of Zero-Dollar Acquisitions: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to acquire properties with no upfront cash outlay from our company.
Cross-Market Magic: Forge strategic partnerships with state-funded programs in need of single-family residences for services like mental health, assisted living, and more.
List Builder Extraordinaire: Compile and maintain in-depth lists of both potential sellers and service providers that align with our investment criteria.
Underwriting with Finesse: Utilize your analytical skills to assess the financial viability of deals, ensuring a secure return on investment.
Team Leader & Process Champion: Guide and motivate a small team, implementing efficient internal processes for a streamlined workflow.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record of success in real estate acquisition or a related field.
Strong understanding of seller financing structures and creative deal negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with sellers and potential partners.
Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and underwriting expertise.
Resourceful and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals.
Experience leading and motivating a small team (a plus).
Strong organizational skills and a commitment to building efficient processes.
