Company Overview:
We are a real estate investment company focused on value-add opportunities in Connecticut. Our portfolio includes multi-family properties and various business entities. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our private lending operations by identifying new opportunities and conducting outreach.

Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for conducting cold outreach and identifying potential lending opportunities for our Director of Lending to engage with. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using various communication platforms such as LinkedIn, email, SMS, and ZoomInfo to generate leads and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct cold outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, SMS, and other platforms.
– Identify and qualify lending opportunities through research and initial contact.
– Schedule meetings and calls for the Director of Lending with qualified leads.
– Maintain a database of prospects and track communication and follow-up activities.
– Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for potential clients.
– Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
– Provide administrative support to the Director of Lending as needed.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in real estate or finance.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, SMS platforms, and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in real estate private lending or a related field.
– Knowledge of the real estate market and lending practices.
– Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant.
