Transaction Coordinator – Job Summary
We are a bold and exciting real estate office. Currently we are offering an amazing opportunity to a motivated individual to join our team as a Transaction Coordinator. The transaction coordinator will manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Additionally, the coordinator will create social media postings to increase our outreach and ad exposure. Compensation:

• Based on Experienced. Hourly Pay Rate Negotiable.
• This is a part time (flexible) – 1099 Position.
• Work from Home / Remote possible after training and on-boarding.
Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities
• Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
• Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Ensure inspections, closings, title work are scheduled/ordered as needed
• Make sure offers and counteroffers get to the correct parties to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
• Arrange for and/or attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
Special projects and other administrative duties may be required
Transaction Coordinator Qualifications
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
• Strong organization, scheduling skills & Communication
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in ENGLISH REQUIRED
• Preferred experience and knowledge of DotLoop, Docusign, and Followup Boxx
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
