Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Real Estate broker eager to embrace new opportunities and join our expanding team. Licensing is preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position offers permanent work-from-home arrangements with a semi-flexible schedule.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads for potential clients interested in our services.

Other Job Functions:

Listing Management: Updating property listings on websites and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Lead Generation: Researching potential leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining databases of contacts.
Transaction Coordination: Assisting with paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
Customer Support: Responding to inquiries from clients, providing information about properties, and offering assistance throughout the buying or selling process.
Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts on social media platforms to promote listings and engage with followers.
Market Research: Conducting research on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
Email Marketing: Crafting and sending email newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials to clients and leads.
Calendar Management: Managing the agent’s schedule, setting appointments, and reminding them of important deadlines and meetings.
Document Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic files, contracts, and other important documents in a secure and accessible manner.
Client Follow-Up: Following up with clients after showings, meetings, or transactions to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
Tech Support: Assisting with technology-related issues such as setting up and troubleshooting software programs, websites, and virtual communication tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Real-estate license or equivalent is a plus
Proven experience (1-3 years) in a real estate assistant or administrative role, preferably within residential or commercial real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software applications such as MLS, CRM, or property management software
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices related to property transactions and leasing agreements in the US
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic real estate environment
Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and tenants
