We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Project Manager to spearhead our projects and ensure their seamless execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Coordinate with US construction vendors, designers, subcontractors, and real estate agents to ensure project alignment and success.
2. Manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
3. Oversee budgets, ensuring that projects remain within financial parameters and deliver maximum ROI.
4. Negotiate construction bids, ensuring the company receives the best value without compromising on quality.
5. Review and approve invoices from subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and validity.
6. Utilize project management software to track, manage, and report on project progress.
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
8. Jump on calls with contractors and other stakeholders to address urgent issues and ensure timely resolution.
9. Monitor the quality of work being performed, ensuring it meets or exceeds company standards.
10. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of real estate project management best practices.

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector.
– Proven experience coordinating with construction vendors, designers, subcontractors, and real estate agents in the US.
– Proficiency in project management software.
– Fluent in English.
– Demonstrated ability in negotiating construction bids and reviewing subcontractor invoices.
– Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to handle tasks with urgency and prioritize effectively.
