To My Future Property Manager,
My name is Novie Grace and for the past 10 years, our company ISBC Management has managed a small portfolio of commercial real estate.
Our Mission: We strive to create a real estate operation with perfect systems that could be easily taught to other businesses by December 31, 2023. Because we want to build an army of raving tenants & be the gold standard for how property management should be handled.
We are currently going through a period of taking our operations to the next level and are looking for a Property Manager who will take the lead in building/refining the company’s operating infrastructure – while executing the day to day operations.
You would be directly in charge of establishing, reviewing, and controlling the entire operation of ISM Management.
This entails:
1. Helping our team establish rock-solid processes and standard operating procedures.
2. Taking daily action to ensure the real estate operation runs smoothly. This includes following up on delinquencies, handling maintenance requests, preparing leases & renewals, communicating with tenants & vendors, move-ins and move outs, maintaining the vendor list & collecting w9’s, and more.
3. Using AppFolio & Trello on a daily basis. Experience with these softwares is not required, but is preferred.

This is a position that requires not just strong operational skills but ultimately strong leadership and people skills. You will be the core pillar of our company.
