We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Prospecting Agent to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct cold calls to homeowners who are potentially selling their properties, utilizing the four pillars of successful real estate prospecting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in real estate prospecting or related sales roles.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties
* Utilize the four pillars of real estate prospecting:
* Research: Conduct thorough research on prospects and properties before making calls to ensure personalized and relevant conversations.
* Engagement: Engage prospects with compelling opening statements and questions to capture their attention and initiate meaningful dialogue.
* Value Proposition: Communicate the unique value proposition of our company and services, emphasizing benefits that resonate with the prospect’s needs and pain points.
* Follow-up: Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, address concerns, and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Build rapport with homeowners and establish trust to encourage open communication
* Qualify leads based on their level of interest, motivation, and readiness to sell their property
* Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads
* Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect information, and sales activities in our CRM system
* Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in real estate prospecting or related field
* Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of the selling process
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
