As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and attracting top-performing real estate agents to join our team. Using a combination of text, email, phone calls, and social media platforms, you will engage with potential agents, present them with the incredible opportunities we offer, and schedule opportunity meetings with our skilled sales manager.

Responsibilities:
Utilize various communication channels to connect with potential agents and engage them in conversations about joining our team
Present our unique value proposition and opportunities to potential recruits, highlighting our training, leadership, mentorship, and success record
Schedule opportunity meetings with our sales manager for interested candidates
Maintain accurate and organized records of communication and candidate information
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential candidates
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
Proficient in using technology platforms, including email, phone systems, social media, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
