Job Description
We are seeking for a highly organized and proactive Referral Platforms Program Manager to
join our team. The Program Manager is the primary liaison between our referral programs, our
branches, and our Real Estate Agents and Realtors. This position assists agents within the
company as well as our program partners with placements, agent assignments, updates and
performance management.
This position requires strong leadership skills, consistency and the ability or facilitate positive
working relationship. Expertise in problem solving, decision-making, willingness to learn and
timeliness is key. You will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations and contributing to
our efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
– Sole manager and first point-of-contact on all components related to your specifically assigned referral partner programs.
– Oversee lead placement of partner program referrals into our internal database.
– Tracking of referrals received and agent activities through our CRM.
– Ensure timely updates to our referral sources.
– Performance Management and agents’ evaluation.
– Handle phone, text and email correspondence and respond to inquiries and requests.
– Assist in customer service and client-care.
– Prioritize projects and deadlines.
– Generate reports and convey productivity and metrics to management.
– Cascade updates and coach agents to success.
– Attend Business Review Meetings.
Requirements
– Preferably with Real Estate experience or background
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with all Microsoft Operating Systems
– Ability to meet and exceed organizational goals
– Account and Performance Management skills
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
– Outstanding relationship building skills

– Able to work Monday through Wednesday 9am – 6pm EST Thursday and Friday 12:00nn – 9pm EST
