We specialize in the leasing and sale of industrial commercial real estate. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are looking for a motivated research assistant to join our dynamic team.
This newly-created position will be an integral part of our team as we embark on the next phase of our growth. A foundational part of our growth lies in the quantity and quality of data at our disposal. This position will focus on research that adds integral data to our database.

ROLE
The primary function of the research assistant is to ensure the accuracy and depth of the CRM data. This includes ensuring that all research projects are addressed carefully and thoroughly and new market research initiatives are always planned.
The research assistant will support both the short and long term success of HCRE through its comprehensive management of our company’s data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM (Client Relationship Management) Database Management
Manually input new contact & property information into the database from various sources such as Costar and various state real estate search websites
Update pictures and various property and sale data
Update existing contact & property records in database using tools/websites such as State Corporations Search website, and Zoom info
Ensure repeatable processes are being utilized in each area mentioned above so that new team members can be onboarded as needed. Includes creating new How To Videos
Coordinating with the CEO on the current and long term goals for the CRM Data
Stay up to date with all the most cutting edge technologies and methods
Meet via Zoom with team members weekly to discuss previous weeks and future plans
Manage distribution lists for both physical and digital mailers
Available to support team in various other administrative tasks as needed
Make outbound call to confirm accuracy of phone numbers, confirm mailing addresses and email addresses
RESULTS
Month over month data growth
A CRM that reflects the current market & Accurate contact data
Continued improvements to systems, processes and documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Highly organized with very high Attention to detail**
Fluent in English
Customer Service Experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability work with little to no supervision
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Time-management skills
Capable of working both independently and in a group
Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.
Willing to take on new challenges and carry out new/unfamiliar tasks
Resourceful and willing to learn new things
