Real estate Researcher

*Strategic Research: Identify properties within the UK market through in-depth research on leading property platforms.
*Profitability Analysis: Assess the potential success of properties for development
*Data analysis must be arrange costs and produce summary report based on updated information
*
*Log research, create a live document containing a spreadsheet of properties, locations viability

Requirements:
* Proven experience real estate researching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relay feedback to the founder
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficient in using property search tools and google sheets to manage and track progress

* Diligent and thorough with all interactions
* Must have a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
*Organised

Qualifications and experience
* Proven experience in property research and analysis
*Strong analytical skills for market and revenue analysis.
* Bachelor’s degree
* Advanced English writing, reading, and speaking skills
* Advanced in maths able to calculate and proficient using excel/google sheets.

Approx 20 – 35 hrs of work
Salary: $150-$300
