Real Estate Researcher & Graphic Designer

I need a real estate researcher and a graphic designer.

Please clarify if you are multilingual. This isn’t a must-have for this position, but it’s definitely a big plus if you speak Mandarin or ever Spanish; specifically Spanish from Mexico.

This role requires creativity. The real estate researcher will be responsible for researching real estate topics throughout the United States. Strong skills in using search engines like Google or other research systems are necessary.

The ideal candidate should be resourceful and persistent in finding information. It is important to exhaust all options before reporting that something cannot be found.

The work must be logged in a Google Docs or a shareable folder so that I can access the sites and locations where the data was found. The data will be organized by city, county, or zip code or by project name.

I expect a morning check-in via email or WhatsApp to update me on your plans for the day or your progress in our research. At the end of the day, I expect a brief summary of your accomplishments.

In addition to research, the candidate should be capable of turning the data into creative print or digital flyer designs or print marketing, email blasts, digital designs, and website uploads.

Familiarity with graphic design, color theory, canva, and the ability to be innovative is essential.

I’d like to clarify the following points:

– Part-time or full-time options are available; I am not seeking a gig worker.
– The starting hours would likely be 4 hours a day, five days a week.
– or 20-40 hours a week
– Full-time or 8 hours, which can be discussed in the future.
– Pay will vary based on skill level, ability to perform, working hours, and the agreed-upon hours.
– I am open to discussing working hours or hours you clock in and out. I am willing to accommodate the hours you prefer and those I require. If there are specific hours you would like to work, please let me know.
