We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy virtual assistant (VA) to join our team and support a full-time realtor. As our Real Estate Rockstar VA, you’ll wear many hats, providing exceptional administrative, marketing, and transaction coordination support.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Administrative Ninja:**
* Manage email and calendar for the realtor, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
* Utilize tools like Skyslope, Follow Up Boss, and Zipforms to streamline workflows.
* Maintain a clean and organized CRM system.

* **Tech wiz:**
* Utilize Homebot, Excel, Trello, and RealScout to generate reports, conduct market research, and analyze data.
* Manage video conferencing tools like Zoom for client meetings and presentations.

* **Marketing Maven (Bonus):**
* Assist with social media management, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
* Edit videos for property marketing (a plus!).

* **Transaction Coordination:**
* Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all documents are collected and deadlines are met (experience a plus).

**You are the Ideal Candidate if you:**

* Possess exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Are a self-starter with a proactive and task-driven approach.
* Have a strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes (preferred).
* Are proficient in the following software: Homebot, Excel, Skyslope, Follow Up Boss, Zoom, Zipforms, Trello, and RealScout (experience with additional real estate software a plus).
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
* Are highly motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
* Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the realtor.
* Have a passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow (a plus).

**Bonus Points for:**

* Experience with social media management and video editing.
* Knowledge of transaction coordination processes.
