Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling initial client interactions, nurturing leads, and helping to close sales transactions. You will be provided with leads and expected to manage these through our CRM system, HubSpot, to ensure effective communication and management of potential deals.
Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture leads provided to you through our dedicated CRM (HubSpot).
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and offer solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must speak English fluently; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience in sales is preferred.
Willingness to undergo training and adapt to company methodologies.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Training Period:
The first month will serve as a training period where you will become accustomed to our operations and sales conversations without the pressure of meeting sales targets. During this time, there will be no commission; however, this will transition to a base salary plus commission structure at the start of the second month.
Compensation:
After the initial training period, you will receive a base salary of $1,500 per month. Additionally, for every lead that results in a closed deal, you will earn an $800 commission bonus.
