Our Acquisitions Team specializes in acquiring properties that can then be sold to an investor at a profit.

A day in the life of an Acquisitions Closer starts off with a 1-hour meeting in the mornings, from Monday, Wednesday Friday, which includes role play to warm-up, helping them improve their confidence, their script and their ability to get the deal. This allows you to break the ice before getting on the phones.
The Acquisition Closer will then be using our proven marketing and selling system to contact prospective sellers, qualify, and put an offer on the table… to then negotiate & close the prospect with a signed contract.
You will be responsible to:
– Call as many leads designated by our Lead manager EVERY DAY.
– Utilize company provided tools to determine appropriate offers
– Negotiate terms and conditions
– Document & notate the transaction terms
– Close opportunities turn lead over to our Dispositions Team to then sell to qualified investors
– Effectively Manage a pipeline of prospective sellers
