As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Sales & Operations Representative to join our team. This role is a unique blend of sales, marketing, and operations, focused on real estate lead management and cold calling. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to grow with us. This is a part-time position that can turn into a full-time role based on performance.

Overview:
This role requires a versatile individual who can handle diverse responsibilities across sales, marketing, and operations within the wholesale real estate sector. You will be responsible for managing and organizing real estate leads, making cold calls to generate warm leads, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations.

Responsibilities:
Sales Tasks:

Cold Calling: Proactively make cold calls to potential home sellers to generate warm leads.
Lead Conversion: Communicate effectively to qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Marketing Tasks:

Lead Organization: Manage and organize leads pulled from real estate software such as PropStream.
Email Management: Organize email folders based on lead categories and types of distress.

Operations Tasks:

Skip Tracing: Perform skip tracing on leads to gather contact information using various tools and resources.

Data Management: Upload leads to platforms like CallRail, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with all existing leads, ensuring interactions are logged, follow-ups are scheduled, and notes are detailed.

Adaptability: Handle additional tasks as they arise with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role, staying updated on real estate market trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially cold calling, is preferred but not required.

Willingness to Learn: We are willing to train the right candidate. You must be eager to learn sales, feel comfortable with the bulk of your compensation coming from commission, and have a hunger to get better and grow.

Marketing Skills: Experience in organizing and managing marketing campaigns, particularly in real estate, is a plus.
Operational Proficiency: Strong ability to manage and organize data efficiently.

Customer Service/Real Estate Experience: Previous experience is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online tools and platforms.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and updating records.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected tasks and challenges effectively.

Listening Skills: Excellent listener who can follow instructions accurately.

Work Schedule:
Part-Time Hours: 4 hours a day, 20-30 hours per week.
U.S. Hours: Availability to work during U.S. business hours is required for better collaboration and communication.

Compensation:
Monthly Salary: 8,100 PHP – 10,800 PHP per month (150-200 USD) or Hourly salary at $1.25-2.50 plus commission incentives.
