The Sales Progressor Role – Your Focus and Contributions
• Booking sales consultations, booking viewings, acquiring new clients, and nurturing leads through phone and written communication.
• Proactively update the Manager on sales progression targets and return on investment (ROI) from outreach efforts.
• Demonstrate confidence in making outbound sales calls to incoming leads, bolstering the sales team’s efforts.
• Assist buyers throughout the sales process, prioritizing a customer-centric approach.
• Draft various correspondence such as reservation agreements, 28-day intention to complete letters, welcome letters, and memorandums of sale.
• Perform general office administration duties as needed, including filing, photocopying, and managing phone calls.
• Ensure accurate and timely input of customer information.
• Coordinate with Brokers, Solicitors, and the Sales team to ensure smooth progress of mortgage and legal procedures.
About you:
This is a great role for someone already experienced in the Property Sales Industry who enjoys administrative work. The successful candidate must be first and foremost highly organized, you will need a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication, have great attention to detail and fantastic time management.
Legal Administration and/or Estate Agency background essential.
Previous outbound sales experience in a fast-paced environment is essential

We would be looking for a working schedule of Monday-Thursday 9:30am-5pm (UK time) and Friday 9:30am-4:30pm (UK time) at a rate of £5 per hour.
