Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for:
– Lead Management: Reach out to leads promptly and professionally through phone calls and other communication channels.
CRM Maintenance: Update our CRM system accurately with lead information, interactions, and outcomes.
– Appointment Scheduling: Collaborate with potential clients to book appointments with our experienced real estate professionals.
– Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with leads and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Deal Closure Support: Assist in the process of closing deals, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Qualifications:
– Real Estate Acumen: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property types.
– Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage leads and clients effectively.
– Sales Drive: Proven track record in sales or customer service, with a hunger to exceed targets and contribute to team success.
– Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage leads and communication.
– Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple leads, tasks, and appointments efficiently.
– Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and personable demeanor to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
