Job Description

We are looking to add a full-time sales manager to our team over at .

Our business sells vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate. We currently generate 250-400 new buyer leads per month, and are selling about 5-12 properties per month.

In this role, you’d be speaking to new buyer leads on the phone. This includes calling the new leads that we generate, as well as following up with old leads in our CRM (we currently have over 5,000 leads in our CRM).

While this is technically a “sales” role, our approach is more in regard to customer service. We simply follow up with leads, answer their questions about our properties, and then let them make a decision. We do not believe in the “hard sales” type approach.

On average, you’ll be making 40-70 calls per day, with an average daily talk time of 60-120 minutes per day. In this role, you’ll have your own assistant who will help text, emailing, and scheduling calls with leads for you. It’s our goal to have you spending your time talking with buyers, opposed to having to deal with trouble and doing texts/emails.

Our business requires that you develop a deep understanding in regard to vacant land in the United States. Our team provides training on this, but you must be motivated to learn. Many of buyers have very specific questions about the properties we list. It’s our expectation that you’ll spend the first 14 days on the job going through our trainings and preparing yourself for getting on the phones with buyers.

Soft Skills needed…

1) Fluent in speaking and writing english
2) Minimal foreign accent (many of our buyers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
3) Detail Orientated (notes of the calls must be added to the CRM)
4) Kind and empathetic, our buyers need to feel that you care about their property search
5) Hungry for professional growth ( As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you’d like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)
6) Previous sales skills

Technical Skills needed…

1) CRM experience, we use Follow Up Boss
2) Familiar with G Suite
3) Proficient with using County websites to source property information
4) Slack for team communication
5) Google earth for reviewing properties
6) Any additional real estate information is a huge bonus

Schedule:

Monday – Friday (9am PST to 5pm PST).

Potential to work part-time on weekends for additional income.

Pay Structure:

Base Salary between $7/hr-$9/hr to start, with the potential to go to $10/hr – $15/hr
Commission: earn commissions for every property sold

$150 commission for every property sold

On track earnings for this role is $2,320/mo to $3,600/mo
