Who we are:
Wolfnest is a leading property management firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah offering sales, management, and property maintenance services.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Management Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Who are we looking for:
1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in property management or real estate.
Strong command of English; seamless communication with native speakers is fundamental. Should be confident in initiating conversations with diverse individuals.
Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage call records and appointments effectively.
Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Docs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, in particular).
Experience with office management tools (like Google Workspace), and remote meeting tools (like Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet).
Podio familiarity is a plus. But experience in other CRMs is a must.
Full-time commitment (Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST). Must not be employed or engaged in any other business/projects during these hours.
A fully equipped remote setup with a computer, webcam, noise-canceling headset, and private workspace.
Fast internet connection (Our phone system is VOIP so bad or inconsistent connection = poor call quality and that is a deal breaker)
Willingness to engage in continual learning (Our industry is constantly changing, and as such, so is the information you are delivering to prospects)

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
Identify and prospect potential clients. Call potential property owners to assess their interests.
Present and promote our property management services to property owners, landlords, and real estate professionals.
Conduct sales pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our property management solutions.
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Schedule appointments for interested individuals to meet, ensuring details are accurately documented.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and lead status in our CRM system.
Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and address any concerns or questions.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualify prospects for a future call with the sales manager
Conduct exploratory calls to develop inquiries into leads
