Role Vision/Description:
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales VA to join our client’s team and assist with various tasks to streamline our operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Potential Tasks:
Call Management:
– Make outbound calls to follow up on offers, chase offers, and check the status of properties and projects.
– Handle inbound calls from investor clients and other stakeholders.
Sales and Client Interaction:
– Engage with investor clients to match them with suitable properties.
– Prepare and practice presentations for client meetings and our website.
– Schedule viewings and coordinate with business partners.
– Handle objection handling and cultural differences professionally.
Technical Tasks:
– Update and manage website content using WordPress.
– Use various IT systems to manage client and property information.
– Package agreed offers and manage inquiries through our website.
Administrative Support:
– Assist in managing the onboarding process for new clients.
– Handle the administrative side of transactions, ensuring they are processed correctly and efficiently.
Skills and Competencies:
– Strong experience in sales, particularly over the phone.
– Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
– Ability to handle cultural differences and objections professionally.
– Technically savvy with experience using IT systems and preferably WordPress.
– Must be able to work within UK working hours, with flexibility in either the morning or afternoon.
