We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Lead Manager to join our team. As the Senior Lead Manager, you will be responsible for prequalifying cold leads in the CRM system and overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly lead intake data tracking. Additionally, you will be managing cold callers, making follow-up calls, and assigning tasks within the database.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Conducting prequalification of cold leads using the CRM system to create targeted lead lists for sales agents.
– Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly lead intake data tracking to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
– Providing guidance and management support to cold callers, coaching them on best practices, and ensuring high-quality and consistent outreach.
– Making follow-up calls to potential customers to gather additional information and schedule appointments for sales agents.
– Assigning tasks within the database to sales agents and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

– A proven track record of lead generation and management in a sales or marketing position.
– Strong data tracking and analysis skills, with experience using CRM systems and Excel.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and manage a team.
– A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
– The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
