Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Skiptracer, your primary responsibility will be to locate and verify addresses provided by our team. You will utilize various tools and resources to perform skip-tracing activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information. This position is crucial for our acquisition process and helps us connect with property owners efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skiptracing activities to locate and verify property addresses.
Utilize online databases, public records, social media, and other resources to gather information.
Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
Document and report findings in a clear and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and any issues encountered.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Qualifications:
Experience in skiptracing or related research activities is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.
A basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
