This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of data, efficient lead generation, nurturing, and transaction coordination.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

As the Real Estate SMS Data Management & Transaction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate operations by managing and optimizing SMS-based data, lead generation, and transaction coordination processes. We are seeking a candidate who is highly skilled in data management, SMS marketing, lead nurturing, and has experience in tracking KPIs related to cost per lead, SMS effectiveness, and more.

Responsibilities:

Data Management:

Efficiently organize and maintain real estate data, including property information, leads, and client records.

Implement data hygiene practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Perform data pulling and extract relevant information for various business needs.

SMS Marketing and Lead Generation:

Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns to engage potential buyers and sellers.

Utilize SMS blasting techniques to reach a wider audience.

Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion through SMS.

Conduct lead qualification and segmentation.

Lead Nurturing:

Implement lead nurturing campaigns to keep leads engaged and informed.

Respond promptly to SMS inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.

Identify and implement strategies to convert leads into clients.

Transaction Coordination:

Assist in managing the administrative aspects of real estate transactions.

Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

KPI Tracking:

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SMS marketing, lead generation, and cost per lead.

Provide regular reports and insights to the team on the effectiveness of SMS campaigns.

Technology Integration:

Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate technology tools and trends.

Integrate new tools and technologies to improve data management and lead generation processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate data management and transaction coordination.

Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of SMS marketing tools and platforms.

Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and qualification.

Proficient in data pulling and skip tracing techniques.

Familiarity with CRM software and real estate technology solutions.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on KPIs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Real estate industry knowledge and relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
